Learn how to effectively represent the DMV in administrative appeals taken from license revocations. The class will cover everything from answering the original complaint to stay hearings and writing your answer brief. Although the focus will be on DUI revocations, the class will also touch on some other issues that arise and how best to deal with point revocations and general statutory provisions that govern. The instructor will also provide helpful case law to respond to some of the more common complaints.
