Ryan Hutton, DRE Instructor and Missouri State Trooper gives a brief review of the horizontal gaze nystagmus test.  This video covers instructions an officer should give a subject prior to administration and observations the officer should take into consideration as possible clues of impairment.  A video demonstration of the test being administered is given followed by how to document observations. This training is grant funded by the TSRP program.
