This session covers the basics of impaired driving prosecution. DUI related statutes are defined and discussed. The presenter also provides an overview of DUI related law enforcement programs. Standardized field sobriety test and signs of impairment are discussed and demonstrated. Best practices for impaired driving prosecution are also provided.
